Kareemah Abdullah, is a storyteller in the arts, writer, master trainer, moderator, advisor, business consultant, and wellness ally. She was for- merly the Director of the National Community Anti-Drug Coalition Institute (Institute) authorized and appropriated by Congress under the Drug Free Communities Support Act, 2001 Public Law 107-82; and Vice President of Training Operations at Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA).

Kareemah had a successful management career in Corporate America that span more than 20 years. She is a distinguished administrator, writer, master trainer, facilitator, coach, interviewer, broadcast moderator, talk show host and keynote speaker.

Brenda Morst, PhD, MA, BSN

Brenda Morst, PhD, MA, BSN

For more than fifty years, Dr. Morst has been a nurse educator specializing in Hospice Care Training. Dr. Morst received her Doctor of Theology from Regent University, an MA in Early Childhood Development and Special Needs from University of Virginia, a BSN from Hampton University and her Chaplain Degree from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. She is an Ordained Elder at Restoration Christian Church of Virginia. Dr. Morst developed and implemented the Life Skills Program for the Hampton City Jail’s Re-Entry Program located in Virginia. She currently serves as a Principal at Gynesis Group.

Michael Browning

Michael Browning has a passion for constituent-led community advocacy. The desire to be effective in this work, lead him to pursue opportunities to work and learn from experts. He has provided support to several governmental agencies (State of California, District of Columbia, County of Los Angeles, Kern County, the County of San Bernardino, and other counties) by providing expert proven practices in capability building, training and day-to-day technical assistance to assist the departments in planning, grantee support and technical assistance and community engagement. He was a senior administrative analyst for the University of California, Berkeley - Institute for the Study of Social Change (now: Institute for the Study of Societal Issues https://issi.berkeley.edu/, Prevention by Design for seven years. He provided direct training, technical assistance, and planning support to county and community- based behavioral health, mental health and alcohol and drug prevention departments and programs in the Southern Region of California.
